SRS Distribution announces expansion in Iowa with the acquisition of Rising Star Wholesale
SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Rising Star Wholesale (“Rising Star” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of siding, windows, doors, and other complementary products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
