TRAINEE PROGRAMS

Manager In Training (MIT) Program

The Management Trainee Program is a 9–12-month program to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Participants gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.p>

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Our internships are paid, short-term positions that last 12 weeks from May to August. Internships focus on building skills and experience with positions across our Field and Corporate teams. These are just a few areas you could find an internship role in:
